A downloadable game for Windows

Oh No! The Demon Chef has stolen the treasured ingredients from Gourmet Town and has hoarded them back in his castle.

Sounds like this is a worthy quest for Buffet Knight, our gluttonous hero with a big appetite!

Embark on a journey as Buffet Knight in this short action/adventure game to bring peace back to the Gustation Kingdom. Gobble up almost everything, spit them out to defeat your foes, and grow bigger as your eating power increases.

Will feasting on all this delicious food ever fulfil Buffet Knight’s dream of savouring the fabled “Ultimate Flavour”?  What will happen when Buffet Knight succumbs to his desires and allows his appetite to grow too big?

I can definitely see the katamari influence, even though the game is very different from most katamari-like stuff.  By the end the game also becomes reminiscent of a game called The Maw.

This game is fun and also funny; I'm glad I got to play it!  And like others have said, thanks for the fact the game saves just before the big decision.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing!

What an enjoyable little gem! I posted a glowing review over at Bring Your Own Pixels.

Any plans to make a sequel or an expanded version?

Thanks for playing and the review. There are some planning behind the scenes so maybe I can make a more complete version one day!

This was just lovely! Cute and charming visuals and music, very silly writing (the last ending got me!). Brings me back simple fun vibes games from my childhood gave me.

An absolute silly delight from start to finish! Love the little world and cartoony aesthetic, Buffet Knight is adorable, and the eating/fattening mechanic is well done! Gave off some Minish Cap vibes, and honestly- I'd happily pay a few bucks for an extended version on Switch or something.

Fantastic little gem here! I hadn't realized that it was using RPGmaker until the credits rolled. It's always interesting to see what people make with this fantastic little engine. I loved the two endings, and the fact that you made it easy to get back to that decision point as well, wasn't sure I was going to until the game offered to throw me back to an auto save. The controls were a bit wonky, I'm not so sure that space was a great choice for the major action button, maybe c or shift would have worked better. Really enjoyed my time with this though, hope you try out other neat ideas in the future.

There is a prejudice against RPG Maker programs in our country. That's why it happened to me, whether it wanted to or not. But today, I can say that this was the first game to break my prejudice.

Thanks for giving this silly game a go! :)

I think it's not that bad. It has good potential if made a little easier.

This was absolutely amazing. Loved every second of it and honestly could find no real issue, other than the fact that the 8 shards remain in your inventory even after giving them to the witch. This was super clever, and a ton of fun! Definitely getting my vote. Well done!

Thanks! I probably forgot about the shards ;P

Wow, this was so fun to play! I love the fact that you can consume everything, Katamari-style. It's so satisfying!

Very nice entry.

The premise was very entertaining, as was Buffet Knight.

The first ending was sweet, while the second ending was suitably hilarious.

A delicious meal for my brain, stellar little action puzzler.

Clever design, I especially liked the stretchy mushroom bridges.

Sound and graphics paired perfectly, that 8-bit perfect collection has some killer jams.

The Unsatiable ending was so epic, heeeeeee.

As always well done Nowis-337.
